Ever just wanted someone to walk on your back?  Then this is the massage for you!  I have a special set up of bars on the ceiling of the treatment room that I use for balance and pressure modification.  If you aren't sure about it, call or email me and ask any questions or present any concerns that you might have.  I'm always here to answer your questions to the best of my ability!

During pregnancy, your body has to adjust to the rapidly growing baby inside you.  This massage is perfect for the expecting mother and is adjusted for her whether she just wants to relax and be pampered or has back, neck, hip or other pain.  Special considerations are made in order to make Mama the most comfortable she can be during this amazing process.

Smooth river stones are heated to about 130° and used to literally melt the tension in your muscles away.  This massage can be especially beneficial to people dealing with fibromyalgia.  For the athlete, the heated stones encourage blood flow to tight, sore muscle tissue which will encourage the healing process after an exceptionally hard work out or race.

Just like it sounds, this session is tailored to helping your mind and body unwind from a stressful day.  Lighter stroking, rocking and kneading techniques will be utilized during your 60, 75 or 90 minute session.  Let go of the stresses of the day and literally alter the chemistry of your body.

Why coaching?  Is it right for me? Maybe!  I have been in the healing world for almost 20 years as of the time of this writing and my calling is shifting.  I still want to help people heal themselves but my life has changed in so many ways over the years.  I've moved east since I started my practice and started farming, I got divorced, I realized I have childhood traumas that have affected my life and I've put a lot of time, money and effort into my own healing journey.  I've learned so many things about myself and the things that I needed to do for myself to bring peace into my world and move forward. I've learned why I was in the patterns of behavior that held me back from reaching my full potential and growth.
